Privacy Policy

Tactical K-9 LLC (“Tactical K-9,” “we,” “us”) operates tk9miami.com and the Tactical K-9 iOS app (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it’s handled.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account: your name, email address, and password (handled by our authentication provider — we never see or store your password in plain text).
Profile and booking information. Your phone number and address; your dogs’ names, breeds, weights, and notes; booking dates, times, and service details; payment status. We do not store full card numbers — card payments are processed by Square.
The consent and liability waiver. Required once per account before a first booking: the information above plus your dog’s age, sex, vaccination status and dates, your veterinarian’s contact information, an emergency contact, and any notes on health or behavior (including aggression history, if applicable) you choose to provide.
What we don’t collect. The app does not access your location, camera, photo library, or contacts, and does not include any third-party analytics or advertising software. We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
How we use this information
Solely to provide the Service: to create and manage your account, schedule and confirm walking/boarding bookings, process payment for them, contact you about a booking, and — where you’ve provided it — care for your dog properly during a stay.
Who we share it with
- Square, to process card payments.
- Our email provider, to send account and booking-related email (password resets, booking confirmations).
- Nobody else. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Where it’s stored
The app and this site share one database — a booking made in the app is the same record this website and our staff dashboard use. There is no separate copy kept “in the app.”
Your choices
You can review and edit your profile and dogs at any time in the app or at tk9miami.com/account. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact us below.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the update.
